ThoughtBytes believes that we should always document our work. This provides the client with a tangible measure of the work done, facilitates knowledge transfer, and allows the client to become more comfortable about the money they are spending.
One of the attributes that gives the consulting world a black eye is taking the client’s money and not leaving them with an understanding of what was done. While the”fire-fighter” syndrome of fixing a problem and then being called back the next time it occurs is appealing to those with less ethics, it is contrary to our way of doing business. We expect to be called back based on the quality of our work and skills, not because we did not correctly fix a problem we were paid to correct the first time.
ThoughtBytes is committed to integrity in all our business and personal dealings. Our intent is to enjoy long term relationships with our customers and colleagues. We believe it is a small world and our reputation will travel before us.
